Wireless Temps : Contract Staffing
How Does It Work?

There are many benefits of contract or contract-to-hire staffing, as opposed to direct hire.
  • Contract hiring addresses an immediate need, and you set the duration for only as long as you need that person to work
  • The process is much shorter than direct-hire, and we have workers who are readily available.
  • Contractors can usually "hit the ground running" and don't need additional training or supervision
Whether you need a contractor for two years or only two weeks,
WirelessTemps is your answer.

How to get started:

Step 1.

Go to our Submit Your Project page, and type in all the information you can about what you need, when you need it, etc.   Be as thorough as possible in your description so we can correctly assess your requirement against our resources and current market conditions.

Step 2.

We will contact you to discuss your needs, and submit our Contract Staffing Fee Agreement to you for approval and signature.

Step 3.

We will assign a Technical Recruiter for you to work with.   Your Recruiter will ask targeted questions to find out how we can serve you best, and he/she will become your single point of contact.

Step 4.

Our team will begin sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates that might fit your requirement.  Our recruiters use many methods to find candidates, including:
  • Searching our database of 120,000 candidates
  • Headhunting directly from target companies
  • Referrals and networking
  • Posting your job on this website, as well as our main site
  • Searching the Internet and specialized resources

Keep in mind, your Recruiter may contact and screen dozens of candidates, but you will only receive the most qualified candidates we find.

Step 5.

Your Recruiter will submit the best candidates to you by email.  If you select candidates to interview, your Recruiter will coordinate this process while continuing to recruit other possible matches.  During the submission and interviewing period, your Recruiter will need to stay in contact with you to ask questions and act as a liaison between the candidates and your company.

Step 6.

When you have interviewed a candidate and wish to move forward, we will check references on the candidate and give you the results.  We can also provide background checks and drug screening if needed.  When an offer is given, we will deliver it and negotiate any other terms with the candidate in order to facilitate a start.  At this time, both the candidate and the client will be asked to sign contracts which detail the period of employment and the pay rate, etc.

Should you have any questions about our recruitment process, please contact us.
